  Very rude staff. Got almost completely ignored. Absolutely no clue on the game being played during Bargo because it was never explained. Not to mention the guy with the mic, I'm sorry you were so bothered and irritated that my 6 year old wanted to push the button to hear a train at your place of trains and it interrupted your game for 15 seconds.

  I ordered online for pickup at 5:44. My confirmation email said to arrive at 6:15. I arrived at 6:10 and was told it would be about 10 more minutes. At 6:30 I asked for a status update and was told that they were making it and it would be about 10 more minutes. At 6:45 I was given my food, with no offer of compensation and a barely audible apology from the host. The amount of other people waiting for online orders when I arrived implies that I wasn't the only one with this experience.
  
  To add insult to injury, my wife's fries were cold to the touch less than 15 minutes after they were supposedly being made.
  
  Bottom line, this place is beyond slow and not worth the wait. This was my first experience with this Broadway location, and rest assured it will be my last. I would recommend the Clive's or the Buffalo Wild Wings, they're within a mile of this location.
